Should Bilt Chemical remain firm on this, Ray should work on a price negotiation – reducing the unit cost and/or extending the review period to that of annually, rather than quarterly. 2. Contract with Warton Inc. We agree with the direction and rationale that Ray has taken so far with regard to multi-sourcing.
